My connection with the club started 20 years ago when my eldest son started playing. Over the following 17 years all three of my children played football for the club, including my daughter who played in one of the early girls’ teams. For most of this period I was happy to watch from the sidelines (literally) but never got involved in the running of the club.

Having a background in finance I was happy to get involved when asked to be Treasurer 9 years ago; glad of the opportunity to give something back to the club. Even though my children are no longer playing I am looking forward to continuing in my role at such an exciting period for the club, particularly the development plans for Tarn Close.
