There is one team playing in the under 14 category, called Cockermouth REal.  Training takes place on Wednesday evening between 5.30 and 7pm at Cockermouth School Astro. They play in the West Cumbria league and the matches in this league are on Saturdays. Home games are played at Cockermouth School. Teams for matches are 11 aside and players are rotated in positions and on match days to ensure everyone has an equal chance.
